How do you calculate the difference between two 40 yard dash times?

Athlete A: 5.18 (seconds)
Athlete B: 4.58 (seconds)

How do I calculate this so the difference is -.2 (seconds), instead of what I've been getting -.60

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Wouldn't -.60 be correct? If they are truly 40 yard dash times that is six tenths of a second. It shouldn't be reflected as -.2. Because someone's time could easily be 4.74 seconds. That is how seconds and hundreds of seconds work.
