Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Don't know about the viewer, but here is a generic solution: the best way to open any file received as an e-mail attachment, (giving you the most chance for successful viewing), is to rt-clk on the attachment, then choose Save-As and save it to a place on your local drive. THEN and only then should you attempt to view or open it. If it still doesn't open, I'd be happy to receive the file and try to place a "picture" of its contents (uneditable) into a Word Document (providing you have Word). If not, and you'd like some help, send me the file and tell me what programs you have and I will try to help. Indiantrix@aol.com /s/ Larry
