How to view Excel File

Hi,

I've been trying to help someone who posted a question last week and I've reached a stage where I need to see the Excel file they are working with to understand how it has been set up.

How can I get the other Mr Excel User to make the file available to me so I can modify it then send it back to them?

You can ask them to upload it to a file sharing site like www.box.net

It looks to me as though the originator of the post is using an excel file that has been written by someone else and which includes Conditional Formatting and dynamically adds rows when he inserts a "Day No". I can't work out how to do what he is looking for from looking at screen shots. Any suggestions? should I ask him to post his question again so someone else can pick it up?
