I had a message to say my inbox was nearly full and to archive it. I cant find an archive option - please could someone point me in the right direction?

You can select the checkbox in the top right corner of the messages you want to archive, then using the dropdown on the right just below the message list, you can download them in various formats. Once you have done that, you can delete them from your inbox.

magic. do i have to get them off the website or can i put them in an archive folder?

As far as I know, you have to actually remove them from the site, or they still count towards your allowance.
