Can I get a Table Icon in a Reply Window?

Hi,
Is there an easy way to get the Table icon in a Reply Window. (as I see it now - up there in the left hand corner).
I ask because often I have to prompt an OP, (especially a new member) to post example data. (We all pfrefer a screen shot from the Mr Excel HTML Maker stuff, bit often they are unaible to use that especially when they are new.)
After the initial Post an OP has , (I think?) no table icon when he tries to reply and provide example data

Reply Button	.......	Now	have

more things to wrtie to encourage a new member OP to get it right and supply us with good example data.
