reply typing very frustrating

Are others finding typing in the reply area sometimes very frustrating? I find a lot of missed letters and highlighting not selecting all which you wish.

I have a very fast connection and computer. Is there a way I can solve this lag time?

So far with the limited time used it is preforming much better.

I use IE 11 all the time and have never had a problem with typing posts - in any forum/site. That you're having problems suggests there is some other factor affecting things in your system.

It has been a common problem reported in the 'About This Board' forum - where I have now moved this thread too - and the solution re Compatibility mode seems to have solved the problem each time raised.

That may be so, but it seems to me using compatibility mode is addressing the symptoms, not the cause. I'd be surprised is a very large percentage of this site's users aren't using IE 11 - without difficulty.
