There is a "tag" that goes to Zero Reply Posts which is great.

However, it often happens that a post receives an inappropriate response or sometimes just a question about the post and nothing else.

That means that the thread no longer appears in the Zero Reply Posts and gets lost in the past.

Would it be possible to have a tag that goes to unresolved posts.
These could be, say, posts that the original poster has tagged as unresolved and have had no new reply for (say) one week.
I think this would be more effective than "bumping" unresolved posts.

I don't see that happening for two reasons:

- That would require customization instead of just using the software as it was designed. The Admins are very leery about customizing too many things, as whenever there are software upgrades, those are often the things that break (and sometimes bring the board down!). So, in interest of stability, they try to limit the amount of customization.

- It relies on the original poster to update things. It is hard enough to get everyone to follow the basic rules. Adding more to that would probably result in a bunch of posts flagged as "unresolved" even after they have been resolved, and would add an extra burden to the Moderators to clean-up. All the Moderators are unpaid volunteers, and spend enough time cleaning up spam, so I don't think we want to add anything to that plate.
