HTML Add-in Pastes Rectangles

Many times when I use the HTML add-in to Generate HTML from an Excel spreadsheet and then paste it into the forum editor, all it pastes is two rectangles instead of the HTML code from the spreadsheet. The only way I've found to remedy the deficiency is to re-boot. Can someone help me figure it out?

It's a bug in Windows 8/10 affecting use of the dataobject in vba. The solution is to use a tool that uses API calls instead.
