Find row number & column number of ActiveCell in VBA

I know I can use:
For the relative cell ref :-
ActiveCell.Address(False, False)

For the absolute cell ref :-
ActiveCell.Address

But I need to get the 'row number' AND 'column number' for ActiveCell
so I can set as varibles r and c in my code.
I can't find in my notes and forgot how I did this... :confused:

Any help appreciated.
