"Selection.Paste" = Object dosen't support this property or method.

Here is a portion of some of my project code:

Sheets("Carbon Copy").Select
Range("L23:AD25").Select
Selection.Copy
Sheets("TUESDAY").Select
Range("L22:AD24").Select
Selection.Paste

I am getting error (Object dosen't support this property or method.) with "Selection.Paste"

The host cells on worksheet CARBON_COPY are outlined, but not with the typical copy flashing border. The destination cells on the target worksheet are outlined as well. A manual CTRL-V does not paste anything. This makes me wonder if there is anything in the clipboard to be pasted?

Seems like a simple problem, but I have been challenged finding a solution.

In the above, you are selecting again, and losing the original selection.

Try:

Sheets("Carbon Copy").Select
Range("L23:AD25").Select
Selection.Copy
Sheets("TUESDAY").Select
Range("L22:AD24").Paste

Or better:

Sheets("Carbon Copy").Range("L23:AD25").Copy _
Destination:=Sheets("TUESDAY").Range("L22:AD24")
