Hey there,
I have a string (strTemp) which is data entered by a user via a form.
Is there a way to delete all spaces(occurances of " ") in the string before i go ahead to process it?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

Use the SUBSTITUTE formula on your string to substitute any " " to ""

Hi ferret,

Try : strTemp = Trim (strTemp)

Also, look at Trim in the VBE Help as you can also use left and right variations if needed.
