different answers for different conditions in one formula

I'm back....
This one has drove me nuts....I need to return different results for different conditions within a single cell. (eg., IF (k7=10,300,0)
IF (k7=20,400,0)
IF (k7=30,500,0)

I want to have ALL of these conditions in one formula, in one cell. Nothing I've tried in HELP seems to work. Thanks.

=100*((K7=10)*3+(K7=20)*4+(K7=30)*5)
