Hi, everyone.

I'm working in a service desk center. A big part of my daily job is to reply user's mail. What I reply to user is very simple and can be easily generated by VBA code based on my exsiting VBA knowledge;). And I've learned how send NEW mails using VBA codes.
But problem is I don't know how to attach the original mail which sent from user to me, that is to say, I'd like to know How to "simulate" the "reply with history" in Lotus Notes with VBA.
Can anyone help me with this issue? Any help will be greatlly appreciated!
