How can I add a border in the footer of an Excel spreadsheet so that there is a line at the top of my margin on each page when I print?

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Depends on what your left and right margins are, do the following:
- go to the "footer" window, then
- "custom footer", then, "Right section"
- use the Underline key to draw a line (length to be adjusted)
- Hit enter to go down one line so you can set up the page numbering
- say "oK"

Do a print preview to adjust the length of the line.

I know this is manual. I dont know of an automatical way of doing this.

I have a few questions:

1. Why does it matter what the left and right margins are?
2. What do you mean by the Underline key? Are you referring to Underscore?
3. How do you adjust the line in print preview? As far as I know there is no way to make a change like this while in print preview.

As I mentioned, this is done manual, and through adjustments (trial and error)
1. yes, I meant the underscore key
2. do a print preview to see *only* (not to adjust) if your line is off the margins and flows to a 2nd line
3. Adjust accordingly by adding or deleting some underscores from the "header and footer" window.

Tedious, but you only need to do it once to get what you want.
