Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Don't know how your s/s is set up but would a filter have the same effect (Data>Filter>Autofilter)? If you filter out for 'hotel' then only the rows containing that word are displayed and then you should be able to print the filtered list.
