I need to print a worksheet and assign to a specific printer on a network. How to accomplish this? I will have a command button, "Print", to send the worksheet to a printer that on a network.

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
This should work:

Code:
Sub PrintToNetwork()
ActiveSheet.PrintOut ActivePrinter:=[COLOR="#FF0000"]"HP Photosmart 7800 Series"[/COLOR]
End Sub

You need to replace the highlighted name with your network printer name as given in the "Printers & Faxes" Control Panel item.
