Removing duplicates in Excel - bug

I have found a bug with Excel 2010's remove duplicates function.

Clicking remove duplicates gives one answer but if the data is sorted first, it gives another.

Has anybody also noticed this?

Looks like Chandoo.org reorganized their site which changed the location of that thread.
