Presenting msgbox text within a shape.

Instead of presenting a message/text in a msgbox, can the text and OK, Cancel, etc uttons be placed in a shape?

You could create shapes stacked on shapes, then enter text and assign macros to each, but it sounds like a lot of trouble to duplicate existing functionality.
