Fillable Form

Hi everyone just want to ask how to make a fillable form in excel that will save the entry into another sheet and serves as a database.. like for example i have an invoice form after i enter all the data it will print and automatically save to the database.

do you know how to create a userform? you can design a form with textboxes and then save to a row in a datasheet.

Hello nathanmav,

I see by the pictures you posted that this is quite a complicated form to put in a "Userform" Its better to keep it in and sheet and work from there.

Now can you attach a sample of the workbook the form you want to use (I see three different ones above) and a sample of the database in other words what information you want to save and in what Order.

Hello nathanmav ,

Excellent job. Now there is a problem with your form sheet. you use a lot of formatting which makes programming very difficult, specially with all those merged cells.

thank you but how can i minimize those formatting bcoz it will break all the text format.. about the coding how can i make it. thanks for your reply. hope you can help me to finish this.
