I have already used the SUBTOTAL function in my VBA code to get average values by day of week. Now I wanted to add up these average by day of week values to get a weekly total. I thought the worksheet function SUBTOTAL(9,RANGE) or SUBTOTAL(109,RANGE) would then work to add the individual daily averages together but it doesn't seem to correctly provide the total weekly number. What might I be doing wrong? I am using Excel 2003.

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
