VBA: Compare columns from different tables, copy the missing value to another table

I have 1 table and 1 pivot table like as below picture,

Both of them have a column called "Name", i want to check if there're any name exist in Pivot Table but not Table 1 (i.e. John and Susan), I want them (just the names) to be copied to table 1. And I want this to be done whenever any change is made in the Pivot Table.

Can anyone help please?
