How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Hi Mario
Welcome to the board

If you open the csv directly excel will interpret values.
In this case you should import that specific column as Text. How are you opening the csv, manually using the menu or using code?

You just have to rename the file extension to txt, like filename.csv to filename.txt

If you open it in excel you'll get the text import wizard that works like the text to columns feature in excel.

In the first panel you choose delimited, in the second you set your delimiters (comma, in your case, or tab, I guess) and then in the third panel you can click on the column with the date and set it to Text in the option button above.

Please try.
