Getting Type mismatch error here Run time error 13

af = Right(arr(i), Len(arr(i)) - p + 1)
         evfrac = Whole + Left(CStr(Evaluate(frac)), 5) --> this line is for truncating first three value of deciaml value
                                        getting error here
