Hi,
The pivot table I am making contains data source that is already existing in the same file.
As soon as file name changed or file path location changed , the pivot table no longer working and as soon as I do any refresh in the pivot able it is reporting a error that data source does not exist.
I've tried several ways as set data source as a table but no way.
This is the file:-

So how can I make or set data source to be permanent so in case file renamed or copied from place to another ... pivot table still works.
Thanks

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
I can't download your workbook, but if you select the pivot table and click Change Data Source in the Date group on the Ribbon's PivotTable Tools Options tab what is in the Table/Range box?

Please try these links.

The problem for me is not how to change the data source for pivot table but the problem is how to make the data source (which is the sheet Data_Entry in the same workbook file) permenant so in case file has been renamed or changed the file location path , I want pivot table to still work.

This file is a template for the survey department in call center and they do about 4 or 5 surveys per week and each workbook must be renamed and saved in a separated place so you can imagine how importance is keep the data source permanent :)

- later edit -
I tried to type it like that but no chance,
Table1
Data_Entry!Table1
But as soon as I close the file and rename it or change location it does not work and data source need to be reselected.
Also I tried to edit the option of the pivot table like here:-
Pivot Table Option > Data Tab > PivotTable Data > Save Source Data With File.
check or uncheck the box but no differences.
Still have the same problem.

I do not know how to do so.
But are you still not able to download it?
What is the mirror you can access so I can upload it ?
I added links for the file @dropbox and @mediafire
