in excel one sheet to specific column of data save to another sheet...how can it possible in macro

this is the first sheet1 and i want to this sheet save as my another sheet2 as auto save option when i click a ""save"" button.if either it saves in excel sheet or in a access database. me not an excel expert so please help me ...thanx

me just forget when i click save button the sheet1 save in sheet 2 and one row is complete then second row auto generate in sheet 2
