Hi,

as you can see in the title i want to check if hyperlinks are forbidden, not found/gone or unavailable atm
i already know winhttp isnt working, i tried xmlhttp but the versions i tried didn't worked also

in each worksheet is a button to the same macro (includes activesheet)
in the columns from g to m i got hyperlinks (the cell shows normal text)
for each of the most three internet errors the text i mentioned above shoul be recolored and the cell should get a comment
for example it should do something like that
error 503 should be colored in brown and the comment should be "Service unavailable at the moment"
error 403 should be colored in purple and the comment should be "Forbidden"
error 404 should be colored in red and the comment should be "Page not found"

if anyone has a solution i would be pleased to get the permission to use it

ps: i use win7 and excel2010 as you can see in title
