Merge two excel files?

How can I easily merge two excel files so e.g. purchase prices falls into the correct row (based on sku)?
Any help would be great, thanks!

Also VBA macro

Want to use goal seek, which I've managed to do as a macro.
But I need it to automatically select the next range of cells, and given there's about 5,000 products, it would be handy to just have it finish when it comes upon a blank cell
I have tried to use ActiveCell within the goal seek, but it does not like this, any suggestions??
