Extract Data from Web site into EXCEL usa VBA

Hi,

I have to copy some data from a website and paste into a certain excel sheet.

Problem is, when I google and try to learn all tips involves get data by ID or Class. Website im trying to get data from has no Class or ID in it..

Is it possible to select, copy and paste data based on rows in HTML doc? It will always be the same rows I have to extract.

It has to be with VBA and no web query, since it is VBA that opens page.

please help.
