Dear Friends,I have one Article of 52 pages on Astrology, wherein name of planets ( Sun, Moon, Mars Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Dragon head and Dragon tail etc.) repeated so many times, I would like to underline the name of planets. Is there any shortcut method ?Please help me.Sakurkar.

Can't you just select your column and click on the Underline button?

use find and replace command........... and the replace command button use underline alongwith the same text which you have entered in find dailog box.....thnx

I totally agree with you that It's a Excel Forum not word....but the same issue can be happened in Excel also and answer or procedure for this problem are same in Excel and Word. That's why i gave answer....
