average of column based on sum of 2 cells

Hi,

I would like to calculate average of a column, based on condition.
let's take an example (see screenshot : Screenshot by Lightshot)

if SUM(adults + Children) >=5, i want to calculate average price of Hotel room.
so in my example to calculate average of (2000 and 5321).

How can i do that ?

Sorry how can i know that several forums are managed by the same guy ??? why in this case to create several forums to talk about the same topic (EXCEL) ??? it has a sense only if they are managed by different people and because users do not find answers to their questions on the same forum... so they try somewhere else...
