Hello,

I am working on a presentation and i have to prepare a graph that shows: Growth capital, Maintenance capital, EBITA and DCF for original 2015 versus new 2015. for each of the Growth capital, maintenance capital, EBITA and DCF - i need each bar broken out by our two departments (compression and treating). HOw do you set it up so you can do that.

I can do a graph that shows combined totals (compression and Treating). I can do a compression graph and i can do a treating graph. How do you out them all in one nice graph?

Thank you,

if you need to see the chart as is if you need to see.

i wish i could just post a picture, No, it would be - if you can image this.... the Y axis of course has the number values. the y axis is the Original and new buckets of information. Each bucket has 4 columns (growth capital, maintenance capital, EBITA DCF). Within each column - i wanted to break that out between compression and treating.

Select from Type of Spend to DCF New 2015 for Compression and insert a column chart. Select from Type of Spend to DCF New 2015 for Treating and copy it to the clipboard. Right click on the chart and choose Paste. Right click the chart and choose Select data. Click 'Switch Row/Column' then OK.

Is that more like what you want?
