Use of Shockwave & Flash in Excel

Very few posts on the board about this. Any web page suggestions for a begginner. I would like to use this to spice things up in userforms, charts, etc.

Very little direct help i would suggest a search under gif and flash with my name there are sure to be some there i used to do a lot of this but not so much now, opting for picture rolling ie a stripped gif and is easier and less resource hungry
