I get tired from searching for formula that help me to solve my problem ,
I need formula that define work time (from 8:00am-4:00PM) and working days (Sun-Thurs) ...
the issue that I need to track the difference hours between two departments request reply


Example :


assume there are two department A and B


some of the department A send a request on the 9:00 PM 23/3/2015 ,that is out of the work time , and department B reply comes on the 8:30 AM 24/3/2015 on his working time , the difference between them it will be (12:30 hours ) but in fact its 30 mins.
I want formula that start to count from start working time (8:00 am) till (4:00 pm) end work time. how can I do that !!:(


the same issue on the weekend I want it to skip the weekend days.


help me with formula that will solve my issue..
