Can Conditional Formatting Ignore Duplicated Information from another Sheet?

Hi all,

I currently have a very large sheet of information and a sheet with a Pivot table. Let's say Sheet A and Sheet B respectively.

I of course want to bring the information from Sheet A over to Sheet B, however, I have duplicates on Sheet A that I want to disregard on my Pivot Table. I'm thinking we could do this using Conditional Formatting on the Pivot Table of Sheet B.

Here's the hard part, I need some formula to only ignore duplicates from two columns within Sheet A, specifically J and K.

Is there a way I could do this, and if so could you give me the how to?

Many thanks.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
you could write a formula into a new column on the data sheet - to set that row to a 1 or 0 , 1 if its OK to display
and then use that column on the page filter - so only those rows are used and calculated in the pivot table - would be my first suggestion

If the data is imported each day into the sheet - by adding that data sheet as a table the formula would be automatic

Hi Wayne,

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately I'm trying to configure this table in a way that the data sheet will not have to be tampered or adjusted with at all, it can just be imported into my pivot table and the table itself will then automatically know to disregard the duplicates in columns J and K.
