Multiple percentages from one formatted value?!

Can anyone please tell me how i would format a spreadsheet to give me 3 percentages from one value? I am creating a spreadsheet that is to be updated daily. Please se below for an example-

A B C D E F G
MORING % NOON % NIGHT % TOTAL

30 30% 30 30% 40 40% 100

I have formatted the spreadsheet so collumn G adds together B, D and F. How do i format B, D and F to give percentages of the final value that is left in collumn G? The total isnt always "100"
