How to creat a chart with only text and multiple elements

I need to create a bubble chart that will chart products based on their position and maturity, with sized plotting points that reflect the products strength/breeding effort.

Chart layout needs to be as follows:

Legend=Product names (Alta, Advanta, Phoenix, Bayer, AgriThority, Central, PCI, Cerner) These would be represented by bubbles according to their position and maturity.
y axis=Position (weak, tanable, favorable, strong, dominant)
x axis=Maturity (embryonic, growth, mature, aging)

So if Alta=favorable and aging
Advanta=tenable and mature
Phoenix=tenable and mature
Bayer=tenable and growth
AgriThority=weak and growth
Central=dominant and aging
PCI=weak and growth
Cerner=weak and embryonic

I need these products to be plotted at the point where the position and the maturity cross paths. A bubble chart also allows you to make the circles(products) different sizes to reflect another aspect, which in my case the size would represent the products strength/breeding effort. I cannot figure out how to lay this all out so that excel can chart it how i'm needing it.
