I need a macro to assign jobs on the hour and half hour. I would like it to let me put a number next to the name to divide the jobs evenly as I see fit. I use Column 1 almost ever hour and I use Column 2 when I need to add another person for a 2 person job. I sometimes need up to 4 people it would be nice to be able to say I need 1 person, 2 people, 3 people, or 4 people as I see fit. The "x" values mean the person is available for a job. The "no" values mean the person is unavailable for a job. However, with a situation like Matt he is unavailable at 9:00 AM but is available at 9:15 AM I would really him to just be available at 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM because the jobs are a half hour. Additionally, I would like to space the jobs over times they are available "j" value shows how I might like to space them and I don't want them to do a job for an hour back to back. I am not familiar with VBA but I am willing to learn and any help is appreciated, thank you!

I have posted an example of my idea.
