Automatically change validated entries when source of validation list changes

hello,
I've searched and found this article in that page put I still face a problem that my data for the validation is Horizontal and in a different sheet, (they didn't talked about it in the article)
I have a sheet called DATA it's where I will make the cells U2:AN2 is my validation list, and I will use this list through all my other sheets.
any suggestions !
