Also asked on Excel graphics issues (software performance, not charting)

Hi,

I searched a while for the solution, but didn't have much success. Hopefully you can help me..

From one day to another I started having graphics issues with Excel. The experience is not as smooth anymore when I go from one cell to another, or from one tab to another; when I copy one cell and go somewhere else to paste, I don't see the selection box around my copied cell; when I enter a formula and select a cell from another tab, I don't see the selection box around that cell (I can see in the formula tab that the cell has been selected however). Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Thanks,
EG

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Are there any macros at work? Any array formulas over large ranges?

No nothing.

I managed to fix it now - restarting excel or computer wouldn't help; but I closed my current file, opened an empty excel sheet, closed it and opened my file again. Problem seems to have gone. Thanks a lot
