I have a file that consists of a number of sheets that require exporting to a .pdf format.

The export is based on the print ranges, margins, etc that I have setup and when tested produce the outputs on 1 sheet per page.

I have now sent this file to another user and when they use this functionality, some of the sheets that I had set up to print on one sheet are printing across two sheet and the last column of the range is bleeding into the additional sheet.

I was under the impression that the print range I set up would be duplicated on other machines and the print ranges wouldn't need amending per user or is there a setting somewhere that duplicates what I have set up for additional users?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
Print ranges are fixed and will be the same for all users but unless you have set the data to fit to one page, different printers may output differently for the same notional margins and scaling.
