I have been asked to look back over the last two years and see if i can identify when stock is sent/arrives
This is so they can make sure they have the correct number of staff in.

If this is ion the wrong area can someone PM me and i'll remove

We have nearly 600+ suppliers sending in different goods

I can show
What was sent in
When/Time it was sent
When/Time it arrived

i can calculate how long its taken to arrive
and added formula to break the information down further (generic cover names for places that sent in to make it easier to manipulate, month, day, year (both numerical and name))

But i'm having difficulties trying to break the information down and was wondering if anyone would be able to point me in the right direction

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
Pivot tables are good tools for data analysis. Especially if you can use Slicers.

Can you post an example of what you've got now?
