Missing combo box option

(3rd option,) Find a record on my form based on the value I selected etc is not available for a combo box after the form has had any modification.
Any ideas why.

Firstly, that wizard uses a really bizarre method to go to the selected record, I don't like it.

I'm thinking if you did a repair on Access, it might show up again.

But, I would recommend have a filtered record source for your form as a better means of going to a selected record, I explain how in this post:

The sample should apply to your request as well.

In brief, you want your record source for your form to have criteria for the field on which you want the form filtered. This criteria will be the control by which you want the form filtered.
Finally, you just need to add the requery action.
