Hi..one of my user was unable to get the data. The test connection is successful but its getting 0 rows eventually. While people using the same datafeeds are able to get the data. Can any one help me how can I troubleshoot?

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
I don't know powerpivot, i've occassionally had issues with Dim Statements

i.e Dim James as String, where as changing to Dim James lets excel decide what to use and the data arrives.

It may or may not be as simple as that

Hmmmmm.... not something I have seen. What is your data source? I guess I would expect security / access rights to the data?
