I'm having difficulty downloading PowerPivot on my MacBook. Is there any other way to make PowerPivot tab visible in the Excel on Mac?

Yeah, don't use a Mac. ;)

Seriously though, if you want to use PP on a Mac you'll need to use a Windows image with Parallels or VMWare. Unfortunately, PP isn't supported on the Mac natively. I've got PP on a MacBook Air via a Windows 7 VMWare image and Office 2013 and it works fine, although slow.
