Error when starting HTML Maker

When I try to start to the program, I receive the following error message:

"Error referencing [VBIDE = VB6EXT.OLB]

Error Number:=91
Error description:=Object variable or With-block variable not set

You may to manually set reference to the [VBIDE = VB6EXT.OLB]"

What's wrong?
