I've done some searching and little thinking but can't quite seem to figure this out: a formula that will bring back the contents of a range, skipping every Nth cell. For example, in column A I have
GS-1
GS-2
GS-3
GS-4
GS-5
GS-6
GS-1
GS-2
GS-3
GS-4
GS-5
GS-6
and in column B I want a formula that will skip every 6th cell and return
GS-1
GS-2
GS-3
GS-4
GS-5
GS-1
GS-2
GS-3
GS-4
GS-5
The formula I've come up with doesn't quite work
=IF(MOD(ROW()-1,6)=0,OFFSET(C2,INT((ROW()-1)/6),0),OFFSET(C2,INT((ROW()-1)/6),0,))
I have a feeling the answer could be much simpler than I can comprehend at the moment. Thanks for your help!
