My company upgraded to Excel 2007 just recently and I am have issues with the new version. When I open some files created in Excel 2003 and save them in Excel 2007 as an Excel 1997-2003 file I get the following error, "File Error: Data may have been lost." I have noticed that this error occurs in files where I have used a yearfrac, EOD or any other formula from the analysis toolpack. All the cells where I used one of these formulas turns into a =#N/A as text, not even an error from a formula.
I have had our IT depart install the following patches but neither has worked:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...70-3ae9-4aee-8f43-c6bb74cd1466&displaylang=en
and
http://hotfixv4.microsoft.com/Micro....0000.6331.5000/free/363534_intl_i386_zip.exe
(this link is to hotfix 958133 from Microsoft)
Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks,
