Good Morning -

Using Excel 2007 on WinXP SP3

I'm trying to use a Pivot Table to come up with a summary sheet. My issue is that when the sheet is collapsed (Collapsed down to ITEM) (Which it needs to be) I'm loosing the info in the related cells which I very much need. I know there has to be a simple solution to this, but I've spent 2 days on it now and can't find it!

Small snips of the sheets are below to explain what I'm looking at.

Basically, I want it to LOOK like it does when collapsed but have all the info you see when it's expanded.

Expanded, showing all info:
IS Purchases 2009 Forward.xlsx
ABCDEFGH
1Values
2ItemDescriptionVendorQuanCostCountofItemSumofQuanSumofCost
37859Cord308856$31.7416$31.74
48173Cable308852$46.8712$46.87
5Cable.a308851$46.8722$93.74
68175Thing308854$34.0314$34.03

89618Widget308851$5.1211$5.12
9Widget.a308853$5.1213$5.12
10Widget.b308851$5.1211$5.12

Collapsed - notice that Description, Vendor, Quan and Cost are all missing now, BUT that COUNt of item, SUM of Quan and SUM of Cost are all tallied up correctly:
