Regression Analysis Errors

I am conducting some regression analysis and I'm not certain if my numbers are spot on or way off. I'm using the Data Analysis Toolpak, Regression function in Excel 2010. The Significance F statistic shows up as #NUM! and several of my t Stats come up as 65535, which I've been told indicates something is wrong, possibly. I cannot attach the workbook, but here is the data set. I am trying to ascertain if my Independent Variables (V1-v12) have anything to do with my Dependent Variable. I'm not sure if I'm even stating this correctly. Any help would be appreciated.
