Write a macro using a macro

Does anyone know how to write a access vba code that will write a filter and print macro in excel.
I have access application that creates excel files full of product information for different regions. I need the access to create a little filter and print macro within the excel file so that when the excel file gets distributed the user can just click on the print button to run the filter and print macro.

I come accross Application.RecordMacro but do not understand how to use it. Is this something that i should be looking in to?
